PLATFORM
Five surfaces. One set of numbers.
A grid your team already knows, live links into the systems the figures come from, an AI agent that proposes changes rather than making them, workflows that repeat what you approved, and a record of every one of them.
Workbooks
The grid your team already knows.
Rows, columns, formulas, sheets and named ranges behave the way a spreadsheet is expected to behave. Cell values are set in tabular figures, so a column of numbers lines up. Nothing has to be relearned before the first close.
CONNECTIONS
Live links into the systems the figures come from.
SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce and Slack land in the grid on a schedule you set. Every cell carries the system it came from and the time it was extracted, and a connection that has gone stale says so on the sheet rather than quietly serving old numbers.
AI Agent
Describe the change. Review what it proposes.
Ask in plain language and the AI agent answers with a changeset — the cells it would write, the value before and after, and the source standing behind each one. Nothing lands in the workbook until a person with the right role accepts it.
WORKFLOWS
Schedule what you have already approved.
A workflow repeats a sequence somebody accepted once — refresh these connections, recalculate this sheet, post the result to Slack. It runs to a schedule, it records what it wrote, and when a source has not arrived it stops instead of guessing.
Audit log
Who changed which number, and when.
Every acceptance, refresh and export is written down — the changeset, the workbook, the range, the value before and after, the system it came from, who proposed it and who accepted it. Export the record with a checksum on every changeset and hand it to an auditor.
Five surfaces. One record underneath them.
Provenance travels with the cell.
A figure that arrived from SAP says so, with the time it was extracted, wherever in the workbook it is read.
A person accepts every change.
Owners, Editors and Reviewers can accept a proposed change. Viewers cannot. The AI agent proposes; it does not decide.
Retention is set once, and held.
Audit records, run history and AI agent prompts each keep their own period, and a legal hold freezes deletion outright.
